  The concepts underlying primal forces are the genesis( of the cycle of life), and the questions of life and death.

Primal forces is about the beginning. It is about primordial life forces. It is a spiritual quest. A search for the eternal forces in nature. The eternal forces which were well articulated or invoked in primitive cultures. Primal forces is connected to primitive life patterns. The artworks are predominantly curvilinear and adorned with dots. This as a motif echoes the design of the traditional nuclear family or village, communal dishes taken in a circle, night stories around a fire, dance patterns mostly in a circle, rituals , etc.

Primal forces aesthetics of the dot as a symbol for unity highly charged with primodial energy parallel the well known fact that the African chief did not consider himself fully dressed until/ unless he adorned himself with beads.
